FINANCIAL AND OPERATING HIGHLIGHTS

4

  • Capture of synergies from recent M&As - above what was initially planned - and contractual renegotiations positively impacting GROSS MARGIN (19.3%, +2.3 pp QoQ) and EBITDA MARGIN (11.1%. +2.9 pp QoQ) in quarter, even in a strong inflationary pressure period.
  • RECORD OF VOLUME in the quarter (12.6 MILLION ORDERS), even surpassing 4Q20, a period positively impacted by strong retail dates such as Black Friday and Christmas.
  • 1.3 MILLION SFX DELIVERIES MADE IN 3Q21 (+60% vs. 2Q21), with fast gains in scale, driven by the entry of new players in Brazilian e-commerce.
  • Same Client Sales lower than previous quarters, reflecting the forced churn of certain Logistics and B2B contracts and the strong comparison base in 3Q20, in B2C. Even so, B2C continues to register strong growth with SAME CLIENT SALES OF +17% and TOTAL ORGANIC GROWTH OF 23% in the quarter.
  • Execution of the strategy to create an INTEGRATED MARKETPLACE FOR LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORTATION, with the acquisition of LINCROS and the creation of DROPS.
