During this time, Hana and her team focused on laying the foundation for compliance and governance within the organisation. In addition, talent acquisition campaigns were also a focus for her in alignment with many other Serco divisions globally. Hana has also invested in building relationships with clients, external stakeholders and government officials to facilitate and enable Serco's growth and commitment towards nationalisation.
In her new role, Hana will be responsible for leading
Commenting on her appointment, Hana said: 'I was drawn to Serco because of its primary focus on its people, values and its 'culture first' mentality. This was a new fast-paced industry for me when I first started, and I've been able to use my former experience both in the region and wider to help support the business to achieve its goals. I'm thrilled to be starting my new role as HR Director and to have the opportunity to lead and drive positive change across the business.'
