Opening of the "Seri Industrial C'E'" Forum

Seri Industrial S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that, as of today, the public Seri Industrial Forum C'E' (the "Forum") is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at www.forum.seri-industrial.it.

The Forum has been created by the Company's Board of Directors to encourage continuous dialogue with investors - and in particular retail investors - in compliance with principle no. IV of the Corporate Governance Code, according to which «the Board of Directors shall promote, in the most appropriate ways, dialogue with shareholders and other stakeholders relevant to the company».

Indeed, the Company considers that a relationship with shareholders based on continuous dialogue and the active involvement of investors - including retail investors - denotes its sense of responsibility towards the market as a whole, and also increases the transparency.

The Forum is subject to a set of Regulations, available in the appropriate section of the website, that must be read and accepted by the user at the time of registration.
