Serneke : to construct 89 apartments in Habo

Serneke has signed a construction contract with Tosito for the construction of the Vätterbyn housing association in Habo, outside Jönköping. The contract is valued at approximately SEK 142 million.

The contract for the Vätterbyn housing association encompasses the new construction of 89 tenant-owner apartments in Habo, on the shore of Lake Vättern, just north of Jönköping.

The apartments vary in size, from studio apartments to three-bedroom apartments, and from 24 to 111 square meters. All of the homes will have a balcony or patio and pleasant views, both of the countryside and out over Lake Vättern. The Vätterbyn housing association will be the first project to be constructed as part of Tosito's major initiative in Habo.

Construction is scheduled to commence in October 2020, with tenants scheduled to move in during the spring of 2022. The order value of SEK 142 million is included in order bookings for the third quarter of 2020.
