Servizi Italia S.p.A., based in Castellina di Soragna (PR), listed on the STAR segment of the Electronic Stock Market (MTA) of Borsa Italiana and main operator in Italy providing rental, laundry and sterilization of medical linen and surgical instruments services for hospitals and healthcare facilities, herewith announces its Calendar of Financial Events for the year 2018*:

Pursuant to art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3, letter a) of the Rules of the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana, the Company informs that it will exercise its right not to publish the report for the fourth quarter of 2018 and that the draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31 December 2018 as well as further documentation of art. 154-ter, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 58/98 will be made available to the public within 90 days from the end of the year 2018.

The Company will publish the Interim Management Reports in the dates indicated in this calendar of financial events according to the provisions of art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3, letter f) of the Regulationof Organised Markets Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
