Fixed-line services quality of access: SFR Group leads the French telecom regulator's latest ranking

The latest semiannual report on the quality of access to fixed-line services published by telecom authority ARCEP on 28 November 2016 puts SFR Group (SFR or Numericable) in the lead for all criteria measured. The report also highlights that SFR Group offers the lowest occurrence of malfunctions and the shortest wait for a fiber optic connection in the market.

Reliability of the FTTx networks: SFR Group has the lowest failure rate
 This report confirms once again the reliability of SFR Group's FTTB/FTTH networks, which are the least likely to malfunction after the service's installation. SFR's FTTH, in particular, boasts a very low occurrence of breakdowns after the first month of service provision (see below).

The ARCEP report confirms once again that SFR provides - thanks to the FTTB technology - the fastest service delivery (see below).

Since the beginning of 2016, this commitment has delivered results, enabling SFR to extend FTTB/FTTH coverage to an additional 220 municipalities. Boasting France's most extensive FTTB/FTTH infrastructure with over 9 million eligible connections in more than 1,300 municipalities, SFR aims to maintain its industry-leading pace of deployment and reach 22 million eligible connections in 2022.
