Indo Schöttle, a company of SFS Group headquartered in India, is acquiring all machinery and equipment owned by WEMA NV, Belgium. This marks a significant expansion of Indo Schöttle's manufacturing assets and lays the groundwork for faster organic growth going forward.

Indo Schöttle Auto Parts specializes in precision machining and also makes cold-formed parts. The company does most of its business with Indian and foreign automotive manufacturers. Its precision machined parts are mainly used in engines, especially in turbochargers and hydraulic applications.

Indo Schöttle is acquiring the entire fleet of machinery of WEMA NV, in Zedelgem, a Belgium company in the process of liquidation. This transaction encompasses more than 100 modern tooling machines made by well-known European companies. The machines will be transported from Belgium to Indo Schöttle locations in India over the next six months. With this substantial expansion of its manufacturing base, Indo Schöttle has laid the groundwork for faster organic growth.

Jens Breu, COO of SFS Group: "The acquisition of the machinery assets of WEMA will enable us to double our production output in India over the next several years. We will also be able to approach potential new customers thanks to the WEMA project."
