Notice Concerning Revision of Dividend Forecast

SG Holdings Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that, in the light of recent trends in earnings and other matters, it has revised the dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021, disclosed on January 29, 2021, as detailed below.

*Because a split of common stock on a 2-for-1 basis was executed on November 1, 2020, actual dividends at the end of the second quarter of the current fiscal year, and for the previous fiscal year, are based on the amounts obtaining before this stock split.

*Dividends at the end of the second quarter of the current fiscal year included a special dividend of 10.00 yen.

(2) Reasons for revision

The Company's basic policy on profit distribution is to maintain stable dividend payments, with a target consolidated payout ratio of 30%, while securing sufficient retained earnings for future business expansion and strengthening of the management structure.

In accordance with the above basic dividend policy, and following the revision of its consolidated earnings forecasts, the Company has increased the year-end ordinary dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021 by 1 yen from the previous forecast, to 17 yen.
