Shahe Industrial Co. Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was CNY 8.091 million compared to CNY 86.873 million a year ago. Operating loss was CNY 15.220 million compared to operating Income of CNY 10.032 million a year ago. Net loss was CNY 9.433 million compared to net income of CNY 7.766 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.05 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of CNY 0.04 a year ago.
Shahe Industry Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the development, sale and leasing of real estate. The Company operates in three segments, including Real Estate Distribution Property Management and Agent Construction. The Company operates its businesses mainly in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province; Xinxiang, Henan Province, and Changsha, Hunan Province, China. Through its subsidiaries and associates, the Company is involved in the development of real estate and the construction of water conservancy projects, among others.
