Shandong Bohui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600966) agreed to acquire remaining 25% stake in Zibo Dahua Paper Industry Co., Ltd. from Triasia International Limited for CNY 77.2 million on June 5, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, Shandong Bohui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. will acquire 3,600 shares of Zibo Dahua Paper Industry Co., Ltd. Post-acquisition, Zibo Dahua Paper Industry Co., Ltd. will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Bohui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. In a related transaction, Shandong Bohui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire remaining 25% stake in Shandong Bohui Pulp Industry Co., Ltd. from Triasia International Limited for approximately CNY 280 million on June 5, 2017. For the year ended December 31, 2016, Zibo Dahua Paper Industry Co., Ltd. reported total revenues of CNY 656.9 million, total assets of CNY 480.6 million, net assets of CNY 308.4 million. As of June 5, 2017, Board of Shandong Bohui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. approved the transaction.
