Shandong Head Co.,Ltd. at its Annual General Meeting of 2019 held on 06 May 2020, approved appointment of Bi Yudong, Yang Binggang as non-independent directors, Yang Xianghong as independent director and Tian Qiang and Yin Xiaoliang as non-employee supervisors of the company.
The shareholders approved a cash dividend/10 shares (tax included) of CNY 4.00000000 for the year 2019.
