SUMMARY OF POWER GENERATION FOR AUGUST 2020

This announcement is made by Beijing Enterprises Clean Energy Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") to keep the shareholders and potential investors of the Company informed of the latest business development of the Group.

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company announces that, according to the Company's preliminary statistics currently available, the power generation of the Group and the joint ventures of the Group was approximately 342,267 megawatt-hour ("MWh") for August 2020, representing a decrease of approximately 1.8% as compared to the corresponding period of 2019. For the eight months ended 31 August 2020, the aggregate power generation of the Group and the joint ventures of the Group amounted to approximately 2,647,756 MWh, representing an increase of approximately 4.6% compared with the corresponding period of 2019.
