Shang Properties, Inc. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 466.74 million compared to PHP 488.86 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 1,447.47 million compared to PHP 1,177.13 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 476.32 million compared to PHP 386.1 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.1 compared to PHP 0.081 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.1 compared to PHP 0.081 a year ago.
