Shang Properties, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 421.4 million compared to PHP 468.4 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 1,207.8 million compared to PHP 2,006 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 316.4 million compared to PHP 417.69 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.066 compared to PHP 0.088 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.066 compared to PHP 0.088 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was PHP 1,348.46 million compared to PHP 1,620.66 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 3,407.56 million compared to PHP 4,951.83 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 1,811.63 million compared to PHP 1,117.93 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.38 compared to PHP 0.235 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.38 compared to PHP 0.235 a year ago.
