Shanghai Maiduxun Power Equipment Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Shanghai Jietai New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Cooltech Power Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300153) for CNY 21 million on December 26, 2019. After the completion of the equity transfer, Shanghai Cooltech Power Co., Ltd. will no longer hold the equity of Shanghai Jietai New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. For the year ended December 31, 2018, Shanghai Jietai New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 164.05 million, net assets of CNY 30.97 million, revenue of CNY 110.14 million, operating loss of CNY 8.39 million and net loss of CNY 6.32 million. On December 26, 2019, the 17th meeting of the fourth directorate of Shanghai Cooltech Power Co., Ltd. considered and approved the transaction.
