Certain A Shares of Shanghai Daimay Automotive Interior Co., Ltd. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 28-JUL-2020. These A Shares will be under lockup for 1105 days starting from 19-JUL-2017 to 28-JUL-2020.
Details:
The company’s controlling shareholder Zhejiang Zhoushan Daimay Investment Co., Ltd. (“Zhoushan Daimay Invesment”) committed that within 36 months from the listing date, will not transfer nor entrust to others for the management of the company’s shares held prior to this IPO, nor allow the company to repurchase the said shares.
The company’s actual controllers Jiang Yintai and Jiang Ming, and the key family members of the actual controllers including Jiang Ying, Ye Chunlei and Jiang Yueding committed that within 36 months from the listing date, will not transfer nor entrust to others for the management of the company’s shares, directly and indirectly held, prior to this IPO, nor allow the company to repurchase the said shares.
The company’s shareholder Xiao Chuanlong committed that within 36 months from the listing date, will not transfer nor entrust to others for the management of the company’s shares, directly and indirectly held, prior to this IPO, nor allow the company to repurchase the said shares.
Other shareholders excluding Zhoushan Daimay Investment, Jiang Yintai, Jiang Ming, Jiang Ying, Ye Chunlei, Jiang Yuding and Xiao Chunlong committed that within 12 months from the listing date, will not transfer nor entrust to others for the management of the company’s shares, directly and indirectly held, prior to this IPO, nor allow the company to repurchase the said shares.
Shanghai Daimay Automotive Interior Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and sales of auto parts. The Company's main products include sun visors, seat headrests and armrests, ceiling central controllers and interior lights. Its main customers include Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, Volkswagen, Tesla, Toyota, Honda, Nissan and other foreign vehicle manufacturers, as well as SAIC, FAW, Great Wall, NIO, Xpeng and other domestic auto companies. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas market.
