Shanghai Fenghwa Group Co., Ltd (SHSE:600615) entered into Property Transaction Contract to acquire 60% of Chongqing Tiantai Rongguan Smart Home Co., Ltd. from Chongqing Tiantai Aluminum Co., Ltd. for CNY 6.36 million on August 4, 2021. The consideration shall be paid in one lump sum within 5 working days after the contract takes effect. Shanghai Fenghwa Group shall pay Chongqing Tiantai Aluminum Co., Ltd. a deposit of RMB 500,000 in total within 2 days after the signing of this contract. When Shanghai Fenghwa Group pays the total price for the transfer of property rights, Chongqing Tiantai Aluminum Co., Ltd. shall return the deposit to Shanghai Fenghwa Group.
