Shanghai Donghao Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 40% stake in Shanghai Qiangsheng Holding Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600662) from Shanghai Jiushi (Group) Co.,Ltd from CNY 0 on May 13, 2020. In related transaction, Shanghai Qiangsheng Holding Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Shanghai Foreign Service (Group) Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Donghao Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. The transaction was approved by the Board of Shanghai Qiangsheng Holding and internal decision-making authorities of both Shanghai Donghao Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Jiushi (Group) Co.,Ltd. As of June 4, 2021, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has approved the transaction. Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. acted as financial advisor, King & Wood Mallesons acted as legal advisor and Baker Tilly China Certified Public Accountants acted as an accountant to Shanghai Qiangsheng Holding.
