COMPLETION OF EQUITY TRANSFER AND LOAN ASSIGNMENT CONTRACT

References are made to the announcements of Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd.* (the ''Company'') dated 26 April 2021, 27 May 2021 and the circular dated 6 May 2021 (the ''Circular'') in relation to Chancheng Hospital and Fosun Healthcare transfer the Sale Interest and Sale Loan to Yuyuan. Unless otherwise specified, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Circular.

Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Transfer Contract, the registration regarding the Disposal with relevant authorities has been completed on 31 May 2021, upon the completion of the Disposal, the Group does not hold any equity interest in Foshan Chanxi.
