Shanghai Hi-Tech Control System Co. Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was CNY 442.289 million compared to CNY 269.999 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 21.197 million compared to operating loss of CNY 1.902 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 10.669 million compared to net loss of CNY 5.776 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.0446 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of CNY 0.0241 a year ago.

Intelligent Manufacturing segment mainly provides industrial automation and communication integration services and industrial automation and communication products. New Energy segment includes high-power electronic product business and new energy power station Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) business. Industrial Electrical Product Distribution segment is mainly involved in the distribution of industrial electrical and automation products. The Company operates its business mainly in domestic market.
