The first Boeing 787, also called "Dreamliner", arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on August 1.

The Boeing 787 is a leading civil aircraft combining beautiful design as well as low-carbon and innovative technology.

The streamlined Boeing 787 has 40 percent less take-off noise, 20 less gas emissions, and 20 percent higher fuel efficiency.

Its fuselage is lightweight thanks to the use of advanced composite materials like carbon fiber.

It features a highly durable coating that requires less maintenance. It has large windows and high cabin humidity inside, providing a comfortable environment for passengers.

The ANA Boeing 787 will be used on flight NH919 (9:50am NRT - 11:55am PVG) and flight NH920 (2:10pm PVG - 5:00pm NRT). With international traffic and capacity increasing, more airlines will put large crafts like the Boeing 787 into use at Shanghai Pudong International Airport.
