Shanghai Kindly Enterprise Development Group Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 180 million in an equity round of funding on June 8, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Shanghai Kindly Enterprise Development Group Co.,LTD. (SHSE:603987). Post closing, the registered capital of the company will increase to CNY 200 million, and the investor will continue to hold 100% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved in the 6th meeting of the 4th board of directors of the investor and does not need its shareholders approval.
Shanghai Kindly Enterprise Development Group Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and distribution of medical puncture devices. The Companyâs products include syringes, infusion sets, transfusion sets, medical tubes, medical package materials, intervention accessories, medical catheters, as well as medical bags, among others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
