Shanghai Lisheng Racing Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2020. For the full year, the company announced sales was CNY 200.097 million compared to CNY 440.135 million a year ago. Operating loss was CNY 41.231 million compared to operating Income of CNY 49.062 million a year ago. Net loss was CNY 50.981 million compared to net income of CNY 24.525 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.41 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of CNY 0.19 a year ago.

The Sports Club Operation segment is mainly engaged in the operation of racing clubs, as well as racing car modification and research and development services. The Sports Equipment Manufacturing and Sales segment is mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sales of kart equipment. The Marketing Services segment mainly provides online marketing services.
