Qujing Fupai Color Printing Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 120,000,000 in an equity round of funding on March 5, 2019. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Shanghai Shunho New Materials Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002565) for proceeds of CNY 110,000,000 and new investor Yunnan Qujing Luocheng Investment Co., Ltd for proceeds of CNY 10,000,000. Post the closing, the investors will hold 79.42% and 5.49% stake for registered capital of CNY 87,184,624.07 and CNY 6,024,459.30 in the company respectively. Post the closing, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 37,484,090.58 to CNY 109,777,602.23. The transaction has been approved by the Director-General and investment committee of Shanghai Shunho New Materials Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002565). The transaction dos not need approval from the shareholders and board of directors of Shanghai Shunho New Materials Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002565).
