Wang Dan, Chairman of Shanghai Luxin Packing Materials Science & Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhang Shaohuai agreed to acquire 20.56% stake in Shanghai Luxin Packing Materials Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002565) from Shun Ho Investment Group Limited on January 6, 2016. The stake of controlling shareholder in Shanghai Luxin Packing Materials will decrease from 45.56% to 25% and the stake of Wang Dan and Zhang Shaohuai in Shanghai Luxin Packing Materials will rise to 15.57% and 4.99% respectively.
