Wang Haiming agreed to acquire 51% stake in Beijing Medicinae Data Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Yanhua Smartech Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002178) for CNY 0 million recently. After the transfer, Wang Haiming will hold 82.85%. The transaction does not require the approval of Directorate and Shareholders.
