This announcement is made by Shenwan Hongyuan Group Co., Ltd. (the "Company") pursuant to the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules")) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571, Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 13.09(2) of the Listing Rules.

Pursuant to the Rules on Strengthening the Supervision and Administration of Listed Securities Companies (《關於加強上市證券公司監管的規定》) (as amended in 2010) promulgated by the

China Securities Regulatory Commission, the key financial data of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. ("Shenwan Hongyuan Securities"), a securities subsidiary of the Company, for October 2019 is hereby disclosed.
