Heilongjiang Chunli Food Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Harbin Brilliant Elevator Co., Ltd. from Shenyang Yuanda Intellectual Industry Group Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002689) for CNY 21 million on December 6, 2022. Shenyang Yuanda Intellectual Industry board of directors approved the transaction. As of December 31, 2021, Harbin Brilliant Elevator Co., Ltd. reported Total Assets of CNY 30.6119 million, Operating Income of CNY 1.6647 million, Net Income of CNY 1.2588 million, Net Assets of CNY 29.4966 million.
