Jingmen Capchem New Materials Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 150 million in an equity round of funding through capital increase from retuning investors Shenzhen Capchem Technology Co., Ltd. for CNY 75 million and EVE Energy Co., Ltd. for CNY 75 million on October 19, 2022. The transaction has been approved at 35th meeting of the fifth board of directors. After the completion of the capital increase, Shenzhen Capchem Technology Co., Ltd. stake will be decreased from 80% to 70% and EVE Energy Co., Ltd. stake will be increased from 20% to 30% and the registered capital of company will be increased from CNY 150 million to CNY 225 million.
The CNY 75 million will be added into registered capital and CNY 75 million will be added into capital reserve.
