Shenzhen Capchem Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300037) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase not more than CNY 200 million worth of its A shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 55 per share. The repurchased shares will be used for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentive plans, otherwise will be cancelled if the company fails to transfer them within the time limit stipulated by relevant laws and regulations. The program will be funded from company's own funds. The program will be valid for not more than 12 months.
On May 16, 2023, the company adjusted the upper limit of the share repurchase price to CNY 54.50 per share.
