Wenzhou City Green Pasture Investment Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 60 million in an equity round of funding from existing investor Beijing Shenhuaxin Co., Ltd. on February 13, 2014. Pursuant to the transaction, the registered capital will increase to CNY 100 million. The transaction was approved at the 20th session of the 8th directorate meeting of Beijing Shenhuaxin Co., Ltd. The transaction is subject to the approval in the shareholders' general meeting of the investor.
On March 3, 2014, the company announced that the transaction has been approved in 2014 First special shareholders' meeting of the investor.
On March 27, 2014, Wenzhou City Green Pasture Investment Co., Ltd. closed the transaction.
