Zhejiang Shenhua New Ecological Construction Development Co., Ltd. announced a equity round of funding for gross proceeds of CNY 225 million on March 14, 2018. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Shenzhen Ecobeauty Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000010) to retain its 100% stake. The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 75 million to CNY 300 million. The transaction will be completed by September 28, 2021. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company on 36th meeting of the 9th directorate.
SHENZHEN ECOBEAUTY CO., LTD., formerly BEIJING SHENHUAXIN CO., LTD., is a China-based company principally engaged in landscaping construction engineering business. The Company mainly operates through landscape design, the construction and maintenance of landscaping projects, as well as the cultivation and sale of seedlings. The Company is also involved in the provision of gas selling services. The Company operates its business within domestic market, mainly in East China and Southwest China.
