CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Board is pleased to announce that the English name of the Company has been changed from "Hopewell Highway Infrastructure Limited" to "Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development Company Limited" and the Chinese name of the Company has been changed from "合和公路基建有限公司" to "深圳投控灣區發展有限公司".

CHANGE OF STOCK SHORT NAMES

The stock short names of the Company for trading in the Shares on the Hong Kong dollars Counter of the Main Board of the Stock Exchange under the stock code (737) will be changed from "HOPEWELL INFR" to "BAY AREA DEV" in English and from "合和公路基建" to "灣 區發展" in Chinese and trading in the Shares on the Renminbi Counter of the Main Board of the Stock Exchange under the stock code (80737) will be changed from "HOPEWELL INFR-R" to "BAY AREA DEV-R" in English and from "合和公路基建-R" to "灣區發展-R" in Chinese with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 19 June 2019.

CHANGE OF COMPANY WEBSITE AND COMPANY LOGO

To reflect the change of name of the Company, the official website of the Company will be changed from "www.hopewellhighway.com" to "www.sihbay.com" with effect from 19 June 2019 and the Company's logo will be revoked at the same time.

Reference is made to the announcement of Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development Company Limited (formerly known as Hopewell Highway Infrastructure Limited) (the "Company") dated 28 February 2019, the circular of the Company dated 27 March 2019 (the "Circular") and the announcement of the Company dated 30 April 2019 in relation to the poll results of the annual general meeting of the Company. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular.

CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Board is pleased to announce that subsequent to the passing of a special resolution by the Shareholders by way of poll at the AGM held on 30 April 2019, the English name of the Company has been changed from "Hopewell Highway Infrastructure Limited" to "Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development Company Limited" and the Chinese name of the Company has been changed from "合和公路基建有限公司" to "深圳投控灣區發展有限公司". The Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name of the Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands on 30 April 2019. The Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong on 6 June 2019 confirming the registration of the new name of the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The stock short names of the Company for trading in the Shares on the Hong Kong dollars Counter of the Main Board of the Stock Exchange under the stock code (737) will be changed from "HOPEWELL INFR" to "BAY AREA DEV" in English and from "合和公路基建" to "灣區發展" in Chinese and trading in the Shares on the Renminbi Counter of the Main Board of the Stock Exchange under the stock code (80737) will be changed from "HOPEWELL INFR-R" to "BAY AREA DEV-R" in English and from "合和公路基建-R" to "灣區發展-R" in Chinese with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 19 June 2019.

CHANGE OF COMPANY WEBSITE AND COMPANY LOGO

The Board further announces that to reflect the change of name of the Company, the official website of the Company will be changed from "www.hopewellhighway.com" to "www.sihbay.com" with effect from 19 June 2019 and the Company's logo will be revoked at the same time.

EFFECTS ON THE CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME AND COMPANY LOGO

The Change of Company Name and the change of the Company's logo will not, of itself, affect any rights of the Shareholders. All existing share certificates of the Company in issue bearing the former name and former logo of the Company will continue to be good evidence of legal title to the Shares and will remain valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. There will not be any arrangement for free exchange of existing share certificates of the Company for new share certificates bearing the new name of the Company. New share certificates of the Company will be issued under the new name of the Company.

The stock codes of the Company will remain unchanged.
