Hopewell Highway Infrastructure Limited Held AGM

All Resolutions Duly Passed

Hong Kong, 30 October 2018 - Hopewell Highway Infrastructure Limited ("HHI" or "the Company"; SEHK HKD-traded Shares: 737; SEHK RMB-traded Shares: 80737) today held its first Annual General Meeting ("AGM") after Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd had become the major shareholder of the Company.

The Board of Directors reiterated in the AGM that it is the intention of the Company to maintain the target dividend payout ratio given the stable income stream and the healthy growth of the toll-road business. The short-term goal of the Company's management is to maintain the stability of HHI's operation. With the solid background of Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd, as well as having China Vanke and China Taiping Life Insurance, both Fortune Global 500 companies, as shareholders, the mid-to-long-goal is to make the best use of the abundant resources and strive to capture any prime asset or investment opportunities ahead to increase the long-term shareholder value.

As close to 99.8% of the votes were cast in favour of each of the five Resolutions, all the Resolutions were duly passed as Ordinary Resolutions of the Company.
