Shenzhen INVT Electric Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002334) signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 9% stake in INVT Electric Vehicle Drive Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen INVT Electric Vehicle Partnership (Limited Partnership) for CNY 4.8 million on September 15, 2021. Following the transaction, Shenzhen INVT Electric will own 54.8% stake in the company. The transaction was approved by the Board of Shenzhen INVT Electric. As of October 8, 2021, Shenzhen INVT Electric Co.,Ltd has completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures for the transfer of minority shareholders’ equity in INVT Electric Vehicle Drive Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
