Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300760) commences share repurchases on February 11, 2022, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 10, 2022. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase not more than CNY 1,000 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than CNY 400 per share.

The repurchases will be made from the company's own funds. The repurchased shares will be cancelled in accordance with the law and the registered capital will be reduced. The program is valid for 12 months.
