Shenzhen Haichengjin Industrial Development Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of CNY 3,077,769,300 on July 14, 2021. The transaction will include participation from new investor Shenzhen New Nanshan Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. for an equity stake of 51.0204%. The company will issue common shares in the transaction. The transaction was approved in the 10th session of its 6th directorate, and it still needs to be approved by the company’s shareholders. The comapny will add CNY 625,000,000 as registered capital, and CNY2,452,769,300 as capital reserve.
