Beijing Hongshan Information Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire 20.4% stake in Shenzhen STEC Communication Technology Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen SDG Information Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000070) on September 23, 2020. Shenzhen SDG Information Co., Ltd reviewed and approved the deal. After the completion of the equity transfer, the company's shareholding ratio in the target company will be reduced from 51.0% to 30.6%, and Shenzhen Stec Communication Technology Co., Ltd will no longer be included in the company's consolidated statements.
Shenzhen SDG Information Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of optical fibers and cables, wiring network equipment and communication equipment. The Company's main products include optical fibers, optical cables, electronic components, communication equipment, power cables, power and communication cables, fittings and accessories, military aviation communication equipment, data recorders, passive optical network terminals and wireless routers, among others. The Company is also involved in property leasing business. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
