Xiamen Donglin Electronics Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire 2.4% stake in Xiamen Firefly Energy Conservation Service Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Sea Star Technology Co., Ltd on August 21, 2015. Because Xiamen Firefly Energy Conservation Service Co., Ltd.’s 2014 performance was not able to reach the promised level, Shenzhen Sea Star Technology Co., Ltd. decided for Xiamen Donglin Electronic Co., Ltd. to repurchase the 2.439% stake in Xiamen Firefly Energy Conservation Service held by Shenzhen Sea Star Technology as agreed upon in the Xiamen Firefly Energy Conservation Service Co., Ltd. capital increase agreement. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of Shenzhen Sea Star Technology.
