Shenzhen Success Electronics Co., Ltd announced a private placement of not more than 83,934,426 A shares at a price of CNY 6.10 per share for the gross proceeds of CNY 511,999,998.6 on February 3, 2021. The transaction has been approved by the 3rd meeting of the 5th board of directors and the 3rd meeting of the 5th board of supervisors and subject to approval from the board of directors, the company’s general meeting of shareholders, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Anti-monopoly Bureau of the State Administration for Market Regulation and Other possible filing required by relevant laws and regulations.
