Shenzhen Yitoa Intelligent Control Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300131) signed an agreement to acquire 23.5% stake in Shanghai Core-stone Semiconductor Co., Ltd. from Yu Jing He Nang New Technology Development (Shanghai) Center (Limited Partnership) for CNY 98.7 million on January 15, 2021. As part of the transaction, Shenzhen Yitoa Intelligent Control will purchase 4.05 million shares of Shanghai Core-stone Semiconductor Co., Ltd., representing 28.14% stake at CNY 24.35 per share. Shenzhen Yitoa Intelligent Control also subscribe 2.8 million shares at CNY 69.3 million. Post these transactions, Shenzhen Yitoa Intelligent Control Co.,Ltd. will hold 6.9 million shares, representing 40% stake in Shanghai Core-stone Semiconductor.
