(April 13, 2022) Shimao Group Holdings Limited ("Shimao Group" or the "Company", and its subsidiaries, together the "Group", stock code: 813.HK) is pleased to announce certain unaudited operating statistics for March 2022 as follows:

  • The aggregated contracted sales from January to March 2022 amounted to RMB22.12 billion and the aggregated contracted sold area was 1,365,267 sq. m.. The average selling price for the three months ended 31 March 2022 was RMB16,200 per sq. m..

  • In March 2022, the Group's contracted sales amounted to approximately RMB7.34 billion and the contracted sold area was 453,853 sq. m.. The average selling price was RMB16,172 per sq. m..

  • 1. Various hotels of Shimao Group actively participated in "Earth Hour" campaign

    Recently, various hotels of Shimao Group actively participated in "Earth Hour" campaign, and had been green activists in carrying out environmental protection activities around three dimensions of "diming lights to save energy, enhancing the environment, and reducing plastic and carbon". On the evening of March 26, during the 15th anniversary of "Earth Hour" campaign, various international brand hotels of Shimao, including Conrad Shanghai, InterContinental Fuzhou and Hilton Changsha Riverside, joined "Earth Hour" together in turning off unnecessary lights to demonstrate corporate green sprit with practical actions and contribute to protect the environment. Conveying green concept and promoting green lifestyle, protecting environment is more than an hour. During this campaign, the hotels also invited employees and volunteers to help cleaning streets, being green living practitioners and protecting our environment with real action. Looking forward, Shimao is determined to follow the path of green development and will contribute more and more in achieving "dual carbon" goals.

  • 2. Shimao Canal Financial Headquarters Project received the Gold Prize of Interior Design of 2022 MUSE Design Awards

    Recently, the results of the 6th MUSE Design Awards in 2022 was officially announced. The interior design of Shimao Canal Financial Headquarters Project stood out from the global participating projects and won the Gold Prize of interior design. Over 50 projects from different countries and regions had participated in this competition, Shimao Canal Financial Headquarters Project won the gold prize with its unique concept of "the 4th generation of office + commercial pavilion". Its canal rhyme and modern aesthetics complement each other, demonstrating the innovative re-engineering of the design of contemporary commercial project. Adhering the development concept of "product-oriented and user-centered", Shimao continues to explore on the path of product innovation, developing products with both contemporary design and efficient functions and serving users with high quality product and services in the aspects of daily living, business travel, leisure and entertainment.
