The company’s shareholders namely, Zi Jingang, 3 Dacheng Chuangkun Co., Ltd., Dacheng Chengying Co., Ltd., Century Jinyuan Co., Ltd., Gefei Weizhong Co., Ltd., Gefei Weipu Co., Ltd., Bite Shidai Co., Ltd., Haimen Shidai Co., Ltd and Dinghui Xin Qushi Co., Ltd., committed to not transfer or entrust to a third party the company’s shares they hold directly or indirectly before the issuance, or allow the company to repurchase those shares within 36 months from the listing date.
The company's 5 Directors, supervisors and management personnel Wu Renhua, Li Ying, Mao Liping, Chen Xuan, Mao Chengyu, Ren Junzhao, Zhang Qiong, Chen Lijun and Cao Weirong committed to not transfer or entrust to a third party the company’s shares they hold directly or indirectly before the issuance, or allow the company to repurchase those shares within 12 months from the listing date.
