Some services including internet banking will not be available due to preparations for our business partnership with MONEX. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
All services of Shinsei PowerDirect and all its related applications will be suspended from 0:30, Friday, December 31, 2021 to Monday, January 3, 2022 at all times. Customers will not be able to access to Shinsei PowerDirect (internet banking) via PC or smartphone during suspension of the service.

The GoRemit Shinsei Overseas Remittance ServicesThe GoRemit Shinsei Overseas Remittance Service's final day of operation for 2021 will be 30th December (Thu), and regular operation will resume in the new year on 4th January 2022 (Tue).
A higher than usual number of transactions is expected around the year end/new year period, which may result in processing delays in some circumstances. As a result, we advise customers to avoid making transactions around this period where possible.
GoRemit
GAICA Flex Prepaid CardApplications for GAICA Flex Prepaid Card ("GAICA Flex") will not be available from 0:30, Friday, December 31, 2021 to Monday, January 3, 2022 at all times. Loading/Unloading money onto/from GAICA Flex via Shinsei PowerFlex accounts will not be available either. Customers who are planning to use their GAICA Flex will be requested to load necessary money before the service suspension.
