Notice Concerning Completion of Payment in Full for Disposal of Treasury Shares

for Restricted Stock Compensation

Tokyo (Wednesday, July 21, 2021) --- Shinsei Bank, Limited (hereinafter, the "Bank") announced today that the payment procedure for the disposal of treasury shares has been made in full as of today. The Bank resolved to dispose of treasury shares as restricted stock compensation at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on June 23, 2021.
