(the "Bidder") filed an amendment to the Public Notice of Commencement of take-over bid for Shinsei Bank's shares (the "TOB") and an amendment to TOB Registration Statement on November 26, 2021 and changed the period of purchase, etc. and the commencement date of settlement as set out in 1 and 2 below:
