SCA Property Group announced the distribution payable for the period from 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2020 to be 5.7 cents per SCP Stapled Unit. This is 24.0% lower than the prior corresponding period but 14.0% higher than June 2020. Ex-distribution date is on 30 December 2020. Record date is on 31 December 2020. Intended payment date is on 29 January 2021.
