CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

The board of directors (the "Board") of Shougang Concord Century Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that the annual general meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, 22 May 2015 (the "AGM"). For determining the entitlement of the shareholders of the Company to attend and vote at the AGM, the register of members of the Company will be closed from 21 May 2015 to 22 May 2015 (both days inclusive), during which period no transfer of shares of the Company will be registered. In order to be entitled to attend and vote at the AGM, all transfer documents accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company's share registrar, Tricor Tengis Limited at Level 22, Hopewell Centre, 183
