CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

The board of directors (the "Board") of Shougang Concord Century Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that the annual general meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 29 June 2016 (the "AGM"). For determining the entitlement of the shareholders of the Company to attend and vote at the AGM, the register of members of the Company will be closed from 28 June 2016 to 29 June 2016 (both days inclusive), during which period no transfer of shares of the Company will be registered. In order to be entitled to attend and vote at the AGM, all transfer documents accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company's share registrar, Tricor Tengis Limited at Level 22, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong for registration not later than 4:00 p.m. on 27 June 2016.
