DATE OF BOARD MEETING

The board of directors (the "Board") of Shougang Concord Century Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at 7/F., Bank of East Asia Harbour View Centre, 51-57 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong on Thursday, 23 March 2017 for the purpose of, inter alia, approving the final results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2016 and considering the payment of a final dividend, if any.
